The process of building is related to the building constructional as well
as its functional aspects. We will be discussing its built-up process related
to the material science, as the order reveals to give the construction industry
as an identity, the foremost element needs to consider is of material resources
that will be increased to fulfill demand and supply gap.
I think concrete
construction should be stopped now for a while, we have to follow new methods
of construction and the use of modern materials for the construction which are
lighter, inexpensive and sustainable to an environment which will be increasing
the productivity and workflow, from this we will get potential output in a
short period.
There are some universities in Pakistan that should consider this
and engage their students to discover the materials and techniques and there
will be more researches and data available we need to re-think in that or
modify these, I believe.
In this way we can increase the construction industry and economy
as well, there will be more investors and small industries for material
production. It will surely help sole bread earners and opens up lots of job
opportunities and at the same time decreases the after-effects of this COVID-19
outbreak and will balance our economy as well.
